Gently check that your marine captain seat is firmly attached to the mounting plate, with no loose connections.

✓ Test Your Mount’s Functions
If fitted, check that your mounting system’s swivel, height adjustment and locking functions work properly.

✓ Check Clearance Around the Seat
Make sure the chair and flip-up bolster clear nearby controls and surfaces in both positions, and leave walkways unobstructed.
